REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which Manix Alkaline Water Systems accepts product returns, replacements, and refunds. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the conditions described below.
Return Eligibility
We aim to provide high-quality water purification systems and services. However, a product may be eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The product is unused and in its original packaging
To qualify for a return, the request must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
Products that have been installed, used, or physically damaged by the customer may not be eligible for return unless covered under warranty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
• Installed water purifier systems
• Used filters or cartridges
• Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
• Customized or special-order products
• Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
Replacement Policy
If a product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered incorrectly, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery along with photo or video proof of the issue.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund processing time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.
Shipping or installation charges may not be refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from our side.
Installation and Service Refunds
Once installation or service work has been completed, service charges are non-refundable.
If a service appointment is canceled before technician dispatch, a refund or rescheduling may be provided.
Return Procedure

Return the product only after approval.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping for Returns

Returned products must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
